College & Job Readiness
Career Jumpstart Program at iTrainNow is a comprehensive college, career readiness, and finanical literacy program designed to equip participants 13-21 with the essential skills and knowledge needed to succeed in higher education, the workforce, and personal financial management. Through a combination of interactive workshops, hands-on activities, mentorship with seasoned professional, we provide participants with practical tools and strategies to navigate the complexities of college admissions, career exploration, and financial planning. Whether it's honing academic skills, exploring career pathways, or mastering professional etiquette, our program empowers students to confidently navigate their futures and achieve their goals. participants navigate their career journeys successfully. Program participants may be eligible for a paid or unpaid intership if available through one of our community partners. Spots for interships are limited.
Youth Entrepreneurship
The Young CEO Entrepreneurship Program at iTrainNow equips youth in grades 6-12 with our immersive 3-week Young CEO Program is designed for ambitious young minds. Our program offers a dynamic blend of virtual workshops, mentorship from industry leaders, and real-world business challenges. Dive into the exciting world of entrepreneurship, where creativity meets innovation, and turn your ideas into action. At the end of the program, participants can elect to participate in the youth popup market event.
Business, Entrepreneurship, and Technology (B.E.A.T)
The B.E.A.T program at iTrainNow is designed for youth in grades 6th-8th. Through BEAT, program participants are exposed to various workforce development topics centered around soft skills development, business, and STEM. BEAT workshops are held in partnership with other local organizations or afterschool programs where an iTrainNow B.E.A.T instructor will facilitate classes.
Future Leaders Service Program
The Future Leaders Service Program is designed for youth entering 9th to 12th grade who are eager to make a difference and develop the skills needed to excel in their future careers. Throughout the program, participants engage in a meaningful community service project that address pressing issues in their local communities. Our program goes beyond a service project. We provide comprehensive leadership development training to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to lead effectively. Through workshops, project management coaching, and hands-on activities, youth learn essential leadership skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making as well as job skills and finincial literacy. Participants have the opportunity to collaborate with other nonprofit organizations. *Upon completion participants can earn up to 40 community service hours.

The Health & Wellness program at iTrainNow is dedicated to nurturing the holistic well-being of individuals in the workplace. Through a combination of tailored workshops and mental health resources, we prioritize the physical, emotional, and mental wellness. By fostering a culture of self-care and support, we aim to enhance productivity, morale, and overall satisfaction within the community.
