About Us

iTrainNow is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization located in South Florida. iTrainNow serves as a premier job development and training organization. Our goal is to prepare individuals and organizations for today’s workforce with superior soft skills training, business development, professional development, life-skills, career pathway education, and employment readiness services. Our revenue funds scholarships for learners in our programs and other resources to assist with workforce, business development, and career readiness.

Training and Education Division
iTrainNow's training and education division offers specialized courses to help adults transform their skill set. iTrainNow's Adult and Continuing Education Programs provide opportunities for working professionals as well as adult and retired learners alike.

Youth Services  Division
iTrainNow provides interactive youth development programming for teens (aged 13-18). Focused on college and workforce readiness to empower teens to be leaders in their community.
Application is free and rolling enrollment.

Our team is dedicated to the success of our students and academy members
Dr. Shirley Sims
Founder & CEO
Dr. Sims is keen on individual and organizational performance. She holds an Ed.D in Educational leadership and Innovation Administration. She holds a MPA and certificate in nonprofit management. Dr. Sims is an innovative educator and higher education administrator. She has over 15 years of proven experience in executive leadership and program management. Dr. Sims leads the course development team .
Crystal Miller-Scott
Instructional Designer 
 Crystal has a proven track record of developing innovate products to compete with the in-demand workplace skills in today's competitive marketplace. She works in conjunction with subject experts to develop courses. She holds an MS in Education and has over 15 years of experience in course  assessment and evaluation.  
Marilyn Spence
Teen Academy Program Coordinator
Marilyn has over 20+ years working in education. As an educator, she values the gift to help others and empower youth in the community. She is experienced in program management and office operations.
She holds a BS in Early Childhood Education and Human Services.

Tawhaucia Williams
Board Chairman
She holds a BA from Florida State University. Mrs. Williams is currently a case specialist professional specializing in working with individual’s with disability. With over fifteen plus years of expertise in mentorship, case management, and self-leadership she brings valuable insight to programs offered by iTN. She also chairs the Training and Education Division. 
Markeysha Perry
Board Member
She holds a BS in finance with a minor in economics from Florida State University. She is currently a senior billing analyst, with over 12 years’ experience in customer relations and case management. Her expertise centers about budgeting and living a debt free lifestyle.  She also chairs the Teen Training Academy Program. 
Stephanie Bell
Board Member
She holds a BA in Liberal Arts and Science from the University of Florida. She is currently a Director of Social Services at a residential facility. Her expertise in training development and program management for adults and youth bring great merit to iTN. 
Tiffany Flemming
Board Member
She holds a BA in Education. As an educator and health professional, she has decades of experience working in the K-12 system and educating the youth. Through her inspiration, at heart she endures helping others. In her spare time, she volunteers by giving back to the community by participating in community health fairs.
