Through an integrated service delivery system, iTrainNow provides high-quality and diverse college and job readiness workshops, mentorship and carrer planning services to meet the needs of high schoolers or out of school teens, aged 13 to 21 beginning with career exploration and guidance, continued support for educational attainment, opportunities for skills training and work experience, and culminating with a good job along a career pathway or enrollment in post-secondary education.

Financial Literacy

iTrainNow financial literacy classes teach individuals how to develop the financial skills that can lead to workplace readiness, lifelong financial stability and overall success.

Participants learn how to set goals, budget, save and invest. In addition to facilitator-led financial literacy sessions, participants practice their financial decision-making skills through fun, engaging digital tools and games.
