I have more than 20 years of experience in management, leadership, and working in complex systems, and 12 years in academia. Earlier in my career, I worked in the public sector for over eight years in the juvenile justice and foster care systems. Known for my problem-solving approach, I have curated multiple community partnership development and social impact programming.
